So, why did I choose Talent Path? Well, society today is well-aware of how difficult it can be to get a technology job. It’s even more difficult for fresh graduates because companies don’t want to go through the hassle of training a candidate without prior experience. Talent Path addressed the growing technology talent gap and took the initiative to set up this fantastic program that trains potential employees to be the perfect technology candidate that companies want.
All my interviews before Talent Path had recruiters asking me whether I had any work experience. Having no work experience made me lose out on great opportunities. But, how do I gain work experience if no one is willing to hire me for that very reason? I chose Talent Path because their program is focused on giving skill sets that are relevant and trending in the job market, unlike the irrelevant college courses we’re made to take that don’t help us after graduation.
At this point, I’ve successfully completed the training offered by Talent Path. I can confidently say that I’ll be a great asset to any company that is looking for a Business Analyst. The program helps build your tech skills as well as your soft skills. The most valuable skill that I learned, and that any Business Analyst should have, is to know your data. Look at the data, know your data and ask the right questions. Apart from these skills, another great aspect of this program is the connections you get to make. I know I can rely on my network if I ever need advice in my career.
Overall, this has been a great experience that will benefit me in the long run as I have been able to develop both my technical and soft skills through this program. Talent Path is changing the game when it comes to bridging the technology talent gap.
