Talent Path is a social impact venture. Making a difference is our business.

By providing an immersive, accelerated learning experience to high potential early career talent, we prepare them for working as Talent Path consultants in technology roles with premier employers which might otherwise be out of reach. In the process, we are helping to solve the larger structural issue in the labor marketplace related to the supply of technology talent. Our consultant trainees are hired immediately as full-time, salaried employees and our learning experience is provided free of charge. Our investment is recouped during the consultant’s two-year commitment as a Talent Path consultant after which our clients have the option to hire these sought-after resources who are proven in their roles.

Talent Path is a unique talent accelerator that pays the consultant-to-be while they learn. Once qualified and selected, they become a full-time employee with benefits while they learn today’s most in-demand technologies as well as develop a solid foundation in consulting and business communication. Our program provides them with an extended immersive learning experience with accomplished technical professionals in both emerging and critical, hard-to-find skills.

Talent Path places our newly experienced consultants with outstanding employer partners working on critical projects and initiatives. Their newly acquired mastery of the digital skills and knowledge required for impactful entry-level positions are put to work in the real world right away. At the end of their two years as a Talent Path consultant, our employer partners often extend full-time opportunities to these valuable team members.
